Amenities
Orchard Hills recreation will be abundant with the plan for 2 large public neighborhood
parks with ball fields, sport courts, picnic areas and children's playgrounds. There
are also 10 smaller neighborhood parks proposed with seven of them featuring resort-style
swimming pools. Others will be more passive in design and offer open lawn, play
areas, places to picnic and barbeque.
Trails and paseos will also be an important feature within the village. Paths will
travel around the loop road, back along a grove or connect to a trail and take you
into the greater open space around Lomas Ridge.
Orchard Hills is a planned community by the Irvine Community Development Company LLC. All designs, parks and amenities are subject to change.
